Meet The Team

As an agency, we believe in the innate intuition of a mother and her child. We are supportive of all demographics and encourage outreach for those in underserved minority communities as well as established families. Birthing Well Doula Agency believes that when a mother is supported through the embodiment of shared decision making maternal health will change two generations at a time.

Cayleigh Alston

Cayleigh's life is a beautiful tapestry of family, faith, and a deep-seated passion for maternal health and childbirth. As a devoted wife to Michael and a loving mother to six children, Cayleigh's journey in the realm of birth and maternal health began remarkably early. At the tender age of fifteen, she started serving her family and friends as a Doula during childbirth, a role that ignited a lifelong passion.

Over the years, Cayleigh's desire to amplify the voices of mothers and support them through one of the most significant phases of their lives grew exponentially. Her passion turned into a blazing mission, leading her to obtain official certification as a Doula, a role she has now embraced for 7 years. Her dedication and commitment to maternal health led her to establish the Birthing Well Doula Agency, a venture that reflects her deep desire to serve her community more profoundly.

The heart of Birthing Well Doula Agency lies in mentoring other Birth Workers, fostering a sense of unity and support among those who share her calling. Additionally, the agency focuses on expanding accessibility to quality doula services for families in and around Tennessee. Cayleigh's vision for the agency is not only to provide support during childbirth but also to facilitate a ministry for all those who embrace their calling into motherhood.

Currently, Cayleigh is closing out her educational journey to become a Certified Professional Midwife and is eager to use the skills obtained through her learning to bring forth another layer of offerings to the greater Chattanooga area in a clinical role as well.

Khloe's passion for helping mothers feel safe, supported, and empowered during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period is deeply rooted in her own experiences and profound understanding of the birthing process.

Khloe's journey into birth work began after the transformative experience of her second baby's home birth. Witnessing firsthand the profound impact of a nurturing environment and a trusted birth team, she realized how incredible and fulfilling birth could be. This experience ignited in her a desire to ensure that every mother could have access to a similarly joyful and satisfying birthing experience.

At the core of Khloe's philosophy is the belief that "healthy mom and healthy baby" should be only a fundamental or basic goal of all maternity care. She is committed to helping mothers become educated and informed about their choices, ensuring they are respected and cherished throughout their entire journey. Khloe's approach is holistic, focusing not just on the physical aspects of birth but also on the emotional and spiritual well-being of the mothers she supports.

Her dedication to birth work is more than just a career—it's a manifestation of her commitment to empowering mothers and families during one of life's most significant moments. With her gentle guidance and unwavering support, Khloe continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the families she serves.
