Cayleigh Alston

Cayleigh's life is a beautiful tapestry of family, faith, and a deep-seated passion for maternal health and childbirth. As a devoted wife to Michael and a loving mother to six children, Cayleigh's journey in the realm of birth and maternal health began remarkably early. At the tender age of fifteen, she started serving her family and friends as a Doula during childbirth, a role that ignited a lifelong passion.

Over the years, Cayleigh's desire to amplify the voices of mothers and support them through one of the most significant phases of their lives grew exponentially. Her passion turned into a blazing mission, leading her to obtain official certification as a Doula, a role she has now embraced for 7 years. Her dedication and commitment to maternal health led her to establish the Birthing Well Doula Agency, a venture that reflects her deep desire to serve her community more profoundly.

The heart of Birthing Well Doula Agency lies in mentoring other Birth Workers, fostering a sense of unity and support among those who share her calling. Additionally, the agency focuses on expanding accessibility to quality doula services for families in and around Tennessee. Cayleigh's vision for the agency is not only to provide support during childbirth but also to facilitate a ministry for all those who embrace their calling into motherhood.

Currently, Cayleigh is closing out her educational journey to become a Certified Professional Midwife and is eager to use the skills obtained through her learning to bring forth another layer of offerings to the greater Chattanooga area in a clinical role as well.
